1. Director Implementation & Compliance (PPS-09)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics / Agriculture Economics / MBA / MPA / MS in Project Management / Engineering Management / B.Sc. Engg.
• Experience: 12 years in Planning, Appraisal, Implementation, Monitoring & Evaluation of Public Sector Development projects
• Age Limit: 55 Years

2. Chief Monitoring Officer (PPS-9)

• Qualifications: M.A/M.Sc (Economics), M.Sc (Agri. Economics), MBA/MPA, B.Sc (Engg.), M.S Project Management / Engineering Management.
• Experience:
  • 12 years in Planning / Implementation / Monitoring of development projects.
  • Experience in monitoring of Public Sector Development Projects will be preferred.
  • Hands-on experience on Project Monitoring & Evaluation System (MIS) will be added advantage.

3. Director / Chief Evaluation Officer (PPS-9)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics, or Social Science or Public Administration, Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) from a recognized University.
• Experience:
  • 12 years' experience in M&E, experience of evaluation of PSDP projects will be preferred.
  • Ability to identify projects for evaluation.
  • Having knowledge of project management fundamentals and should have knowledge of using MS Office, E-Office, Web Browser, and e-mail.
• Age Limit: 55 Years

4. Evaluation Officer (PPS-8)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics / Health Sciences / Natural Sciences, Social Sciences or Engineering (Civil, Electrical & Mechanical) from HEC recognized university.
• Experience: 05 years demonstrative experience in conducting evaluation of the development project preferably the public sector.
• Age Limit: 50 Years

5. Monitoring Officer (PPS-8)

• Qualifications: M.A (Economics), M.Sc (Agri. Economics), MBA, B.Sc (Engg.), Master’s in Public Health, MS (PM)
• Experience:
  • 5 years' experience in Planning / Implementation and monitoring of development Projects.
  • Experience in monitoring of Public Sector development Projects will be preferred.

6. Deputy Director – Implementation & Compliances (PPS-8)

• Qualifications: Master’s degree in Economics / Agricultural Economics / MBA / MPA / MS in Project Management / Eng. Management / B.Sc. Engg.

  • 8 years’ experience in Planning / Implementation and monitoring of development Projects.
  • Experience in monitoring of Public Sector development Projects will be preferred.

7. Admin Officer (PPS-7)

• Qualifications:
  • MA (Economics), M. HRM, MBA (Finance) / MPA / M.Com
  • Graduate from HEC recognized university.
  • Preference will be given to computer literate.
• Experience: Minimum 5 years’ experience of Administrative / Personnel / Procurement / Accounts related matters.
• Experience in Govt. departments will be preferred.
• Age Limit: 45 Years

8. APS (PPS-6)

• Qualifications: BA / B.Sc
• Experience:
  • Speed of 80/40 words per minute (minimum) in shorthand typing respectively.
  • Two years’ experience in the relevant field.
  • Computer literate preferable.
• Age Limit: 50 Years

9. Accountant (PPS-6)

• Qualifications: MBA (Finance), M.Com, CA Inter, ACCA Foundation
• Experience: 1 year working experience in maintenance of cash/accounts books and reconciliation of accounts with AGPR.
• Preference will be given to computer literate.
• Age Limit: 45 Years

4. Only shortlisted candidates will be called for the test and interview.
5. No travel allowance (TA) or daily allowance (DA) will be provided for the test/interview.
6. The Ministry reserves the right to fill or withhold any appointment.
7. Government employees must apply through proper channels.
8. Jobs are offered on a purely contract basis.
9. A No Objection Certificate (NOC) from the last employer will be required if selected.
