Position Criteria:
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, or a related field. 5 years of experience in systems and network administration, database management, data center and IT infrastructure.
• Strong knowledge of operating systems (Windows, Linux), networking protocols, and database management systems (SQL, MySQL).
• Experience with virtualization technologies (e.g., VMware, Hyper-V) and cloud platforms.

Server Administration:
• Manage, monitor, and maintain servers, operating systems, and IT hardware on hybrid infrastructure.
• Perform regular updates, backups, and patches to ensure optimal system performance.
• Troubleshoot and resolve system-related issues in a timely manner.
• Ensure high availability of systems and services across the organization.
Storage Administration:
• Administer, configure, and maintain storage systems (SAN, NAS, DAS, Tape).

Security & Compliance:
• Implement and enforce security policies across systems, networks, and databases.
• Conduct regular security audits and vulnerability assessments.

Passive Infrastructure:
• Respond to incidents involving passive equipment, such as genset issues, power failures, or cable damage.
• Perform routine maintenance and inspections to prevent equipment failures and downtime.
• Ensure optimal temperature and humidity levels within the data center to prevent equipment overheating.
• Assist in the implementation of environmental monitoring systems for proactive maintenance.
Database Management:
• Oversee the installation, configuration, and maintenance of database systems (SQL, MySQL, etc.).
• Ensure database performance, availability, and security.
• Perform regular backups and implement disaster recovery solutions.
• Collaborate with development teams to optimize database queries and structures.
Development Support:
• Manage and modify website content as well as email services.
• Collaborate with development teams to provide infrastructure support for application deployments.
