GOVERNMENT OF PAKISTAN

 SITUATIONS VACANT

(Advertisement No. 01/2025). A public sector organization established at Islamabad is seeking applications from Pakistani nationals for appointment, purely on contract basis, for a period of one year, extendable on mutual agreement/performance. Consolidated/lump-sum salary package shall be provided as per qualification and experience at the time of appointment.

 
 

1. Consultant – Operations & Licensing (01 Post)

  • Age: 38 – 45 years
  • Qualifications: M. Phil preferably PhD from an HEC-recognized university having at least 3-5 subjects i.e. International Economic Policies, Microeconomics, Geographical Information System, Policies and issues in environment and development, Environmental economics development, E-Governance and development, Web survey and SPSS, and Research Methods.
  • Graduation in: Botany, Plant Taxonomy and Systematics, Botanical Genetics and Evolution, Plant Bio Technology etc. Chemistry (Analytical & Biochemistry).
  • Experience: Minimum 5-7 years’ experience in Government/ Semi- / Non-Governmental Organization with the following job description:
    • Regulatory Affairs
    • Licensing Procedures
    • Inspections
    • Coordination & Compliance

2. Consultant - HR & Admin (01 Post)

  • Age: 45 – 52 years
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Administration or Project Management (MS/MPhil). 3-4 certifications from reputed institutions like LUMS in Management, HR, and Negotiation Skills shall be preferred.
  • Experience: Retired Civil/ Military Officer (BPS-19/20) with 27+ years of experience in administration, operations, and inter-ministerial coordination.

 


3. Consultant - Finance, Budget & Audit (01 Post)

  • Age: 45 – 52 years
  • Qualifications: Master's degree (MBA Finance / Accounting / Economics) or equivalent (MS/MPhil) from an HEC-recognized university. CA, ICMA, ACCA, or CFA preferred.
  • Experience: Minimum 15 years’ experience in finance, budgeting, audit, and public financial management, preferably in government or regulatory bodies. Expertise in PPRA rules, fiscal planning, taxation, risk management, and financial reporting shall be preferred. Retired Civil/Military officers (BPS-19/20) may also apply.

4. Consultant - Institutional Development (01 Post)

  • Age: Maximum 62 years
  • Qualifications: Retired Civil Officer (BPS-19/20) with extensive experience in institutional development, policy formulation, and inter-ministerial coordination. Proven expertise in governance frameworks, regulatory compliance, and capacity building. Strong background in working with various ministries on structural reforms, public sector management, and strategic planning.

5. Assistant Consultant - Operations & Licensing (01 Post)

  • Age: 30 – 40 years
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Public Administration, Business Administration, or Management from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in regulatory affairs, licensing, inspections, and compliance monitoring. Expertise in document processing, stakeholder coordination, and e-governance. Proficiency in MS Office, data analysis, and regulatory documentation.

6. Assistant Consultant - HR (01 Post)

  • Age: 28 – 35 years
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Human Resource Management, Public Administration, Business Administration, or equivalent from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in HR operations, recruitment, employee relations, and administrative services. Strong performance in the development of HR policies, labor laws, and HR administration. Proficiency in MS Office, HR metrics, and policy drafting.

 


7. Assistant Consultant - Admin & Coord (01 Post)

  • Age: 28 – 35 years
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in management sciences or related field from an HEC-recognized university with a minimum of 12 years of experience in administration, office management, and coordination. Preferably a retired civil/military officer (BPS-18) with expertise in government procedures, procurement, and official correspondence. Strong proficiency in MS Office and record management.

8. Assistant Consultant - IT (01 Posts)

  • Age: 26 – 35 years
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (16 years) in Computer Science, IT, or Software Engineering from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: Minimum 5 years of experience in network management, system administration, IT support, and troubleshooting. Expertise in server management, cybersecurity, cloud computing, and enterprise IT solutions. Certifications like CCNA, CCNP, or CISSP will be preferred.

9. Assistant Consultant - Technical (01 Posts)

  • Age: 30 – 40 years
  • Qualifications: Master’s degree in Agriculture, Botany, Chemistry, Biotechnology, or Pharmaceutical Sciences from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 5-7 years of experience in cannabis cultivation, extraction, processing, or medicinal/industrial applications. Knowledge of regulations, quality control, and compliance standards. Proficiency in scientific documentation, data analysis, and technical reporting.

10. Personal Secretary (01 Post)

  • Age: 35 years (Max)
  • Qualifications: Graduate/equivalent 16 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute, with 03 years of relevant experience in the Public/Private Sector. Must be computer proficient, especially in MS Office.

11. Administrator/ Office Superintendent (01 Post)

  • Age: 62 years (Max)
  • Qualifications: Minimum Bachelor degree or equivalent 14 years of education from an HEC-recognized university/institute.
  • Experience: Retired civil/military personnel, 25+ years’ experience having expertise in documentation, record management, and administration. Computer proficiency is mandatory.

 


12. Admin & Security Assistant (01 Post)

  • Age: 52 years (Max)
  • Qualifications: Retired Junior Commissioned Officer/NCO with 25+ years of experience in administration, security management, and man-management. Expertise in office coordination, staff supervision, access control, and emergency response.

13. Computer Operators (02 Posts)

  • Age: 22 – 30 years
  • Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field from an HEC-recognized university.
  • Experience: 2-3 years of experience in data entry, document processing, and IT support. Expertise in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) including data analysis, reporting, and database management. Proficient in typing, office automation, and basic network troubleshooting. Fresh graduates with requisite expertise may also apply.

14. Upper Division Clerk (01 Post)

  • Age: 35 years (Max)
  • Qualifications: Minimum Intermediate or equivalent 12 years of education. Fresh graduates shall be preferred.
  • Experience: Expertise in office work including drafting, coordination, and administrative support. Good computer skills and sound knowledge in MS Office is mandatory.

15. Lower Division Clerk (01 Post)

  • Age: 25 – 40 years
  • Qualifications: Matriculate or equivalent.
  • Experience: Expertise in office work and sound knowledge in MS Office is mandatory.

16. Driver (02 Posts)

  • Age: Maximum 50 years
  • Qualifications: Matriculation with a valid driving license and a minimum of 05 years driving experience.
  • Experience: Candidate having driving skills of Automatic vehicle and maintenance knowledge shall be preferred.
