Position HR Officer
Location Karachi Office
Qualification Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Systems, Business Administration, or a related field
Experience Minimum 3 years of experience in an HR Generalist role
Requirements
  • Proficiency in HRIS platforms (e.g., Oracle), 
  • Strong organizational and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities.
  • High attention to detail and discretion when handling sensitive and confidential information.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and liaise with internal and external stakeholders.
Responsibilities
  • Handle job postings, candidate screening, data management, and offer drafting, ensuring efficient hiring processes.
  • Facilitate smooth new employee integration, including administrative setup, orientation, and training support.
  • Coordinate pre-employment medical screenings and handle OPD/IPD claims in collaboration with medical service providers.
  • Maintains electronic employee files. 
  • Maintain adherence to local labor laws and internal HR policies in all activities.
  • Address employee questions regarding HR policies, benefits, and procedures, providing timely and accurate support.
  • Assist the Line Manager with performance management, employee engagement, and other key initiatives.

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for employees regarding HR systems, providing training, troubleshooting, and technical support as needed.
  • Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee engagement, and compliance audits.
  • Assist in the development and enforcement of HR policies, procedures, and workflows to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal guidelines.

  • Analyze HR data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for improvement in areas such as recruitment, retention, employee engagement, and performance management. Provide data-driven recommendations to support HR strategy and decision-making.
  • Assist in workforce planning by providing data-backed insights on future staffing needs, skill gaps, and workforce trends. Support scenario modeling to anticipate HR needs based on company growth and strategic goals.
  • Ensure compliance with local labor laws and data privacy regulations when managing employee data. Safeguard the confidentiality and security of all HR data.
  • Conduct ad hoc analyses and create custom reports to support special HR projects or management requests. Present findings in a clear and actionable format for senior leadership.
  • Work closely with HR, finance, and operations teams to provide analytical support and enhance HR processes and initiatives.
