HEAD HUMAN RESOURCES
Pakistan Machine Tool Factory (PMTF), a leading manufacturer of precision engineering goods is seeking a highly skilled Head Human Resources.

Key Responsibilities:
✓ To develop policies for hiring, performance appraisal, and compensation systems.
✓ Well conversant with the application of all governing rules and regulations pertaining to Human Resources including prevalent Labor Laws.
✓ Well conversant with HR functions including Recruitment & Selection, Induction & Orientation, Training & Development, Compensation Management, Career Planning, Performance Management, Grievance handling, and Industrial Relations.

Requirements:
✓ Have a Master's Degree with at least 12+ years of relevant experience.
✓ Possess the skill and passion to develop HR department.
