Instructions for Applicants
(i) For inquiries regarding the application process, please visit the official website: www.pakrail.gov.pk or pakrailwaypolice.gov.pk.
(ii) Individuals applying for the posts must attach the necessary documents along with their application.
(iii) The application fee is Rs. 500/- (five hundred rupees) and must be submitted with the application.
(iv) Applications received after the deadline will not be considered.
(iv) Applications must be submitted within the specified timeframe.
(v) Candidates must fulfill all the eligibility criteria as mentioned in the advertisement.
(vi) The selection process will involve an assessment that includes both written and practical tests. Candidates will also be required to answer multiple-choice questions (MCQs) as part of the evaluation.
(vii) Candidates must possess a No Objection Certificate (NOC) from their parent department, if applicable.
(viii) Incomplete applications will not be entertained. Photocopies of all relevant certificates must be attached.
(ix) In case of any discrepancies or issues during the application process, the decision of the department will be final, and no correspondence will be entertained regarding the matter.
(x) Candidates can submit their applications via email. However, the original documents must still be sent through post.
(xi) It is essential to provide all the required documents along with the application. Incomplete applications will not be considered.
(xii) The selection will be based on merit. The candidates will also be required to participate in practical assessments as part of the selection criteria.
(xiii) A temporary advance for daily allowance (T.A.D.A) will be provided for official travel.
