Min. Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in HR, Public Administration, or Business Administration.

Experience & Requirement

  • At least 2-4 years of overall experience in HR, with excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Excellent in using MS Office, high concentration skills.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Advertise vacant positions and manage the employment process.
  2. Ensure complete compliance of personal files and update in HRIS.
  3. Prepare and update employment contracts.
  4. Attendance management.

 
Position: Operations Administrator

Min. Qualifications

  • Intermediate in Science or Commerce. LTV driving license is mandatory.

Experience & Requirement

  • Minimum 3 years of experience in administration.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Liaise and coordinate with general administration to assist Project Manager/operations.

  • CAP (Certificate of Professional Aptitude) / BT (Technical Certificate) in mechanics.

  1. Rotate tires regularly and ensure breakdowns are promptly addressed.
