1. Age relaxation will be granted as per Government Policy and Rules on the subject. However, 5 years upper age relaxation is applicable for all candidates, as per rules.
2. Candidates already working in the Government departments/Organization shall apply through proper channel.
3. The candidates appointed to the posts mentioned at Sr. Nos. 1 and 5 shall undergo mandatory basic IT Training Course (Including MS Office) conducted by National Information Technology Board (NITB).
4. Age, Qualification and Experience shall be counted as on the closing date of this advertisement.
5. The department has the right to increase or decrease the number of posts.
6. If a candidate is interested in applying for more than one post then separate application form may be submitted for each post.
7. Interesting candidates meeting the requisite qualification and criteria may apply within 15 days from the date of advertisement. Late submission of applications after the due date will not be considered.
8. Call letters for test/interview will be issued after the scrutiny and shortlisting of applications.
9. No TA/DA will be admissible for appearing in written test/ interview.
10. Incomplete applications and applications with fake documents/ false information shall be rejected on detection at any stage of the recruitment process.

2. Test fee will be charged to candidates Rs. 250/- per applicant. Test fee shall be paid in any branch of BANK ALFALAH, HBL, ABL & Habib Metro Bank Challan downloadable from website: ww.ots.org.pk
3. Applications submitted by hand or received after the due date will not be entertained.
4. After applying for post(s), applicants are advised to regularly check OTS website: www.ots.org.pk for important announcement (procedure for roll numbers slip/ written test schedule/Result etc.) related recruitment against stated posts.
5. Candidates are required to send complete prescribed application form along with CNIC and other relevant documents/experience certificates, two recent passport size photographs as well as original fee challan through courier service/Pakistan post etc. to.
